VIN# 3F03H160233

I bought this car on December 26, 2004, in New Albany, MS. The car is solid, and has the original H code 351C 2V model, with about 40,000 on a rebuild. It shows 128,000+ miles on the odometer. The car has the factory FMX (code X) auto trans., and a 9" rear with factory 2.75 gears (code 2). Original color was Medium Copper metallic (code 5M) with a deluxe Ginger interior (code CF), rim-blow steering wheel (rare) and it also had the deluxe chrome rocker and wheel lip moldings with black lower body paint. It has a dual Flowmaster exhaust with new chrome tips that sounds great. Car has factory AC, but is not functioning. I have removed the carpet to clean the floorpans and interior pieces.

I have receipts totalling $3000+ for new stuff for the car including:

Brand new Magnum 500 wheels (15x7"front 15x8" rear) with new BF Goodrich Radial TA's
front and rear spoilers
front brakes, calipers, lines, rotors turned
upper control arm and strut bushings, alignment
Pertronix Ignitor II pointless ignition and epoxy coil
starter relay, regulator, battery cables, and battery
fuel pump, filters (air, oil, and fuel), new spark plugs and wires
new passenger seat to replace broken seat (yes, it's a white seat out of a Mach 1...)
convertible top hoses
convertible top boot and well liner
new deluxe grille assembly, stainless grim trim, and pony
new side marker light assemblies
carpet underlayment
rear trunk key cylinder
complete 6 volume 1973 Ford shop manual set, vaccuum and electrical diagrams, and owner's manual

I have also begun cleaning and detailing the car including the wheel wells and suspension and the trunk area. I have the front turn signals, marker lights, and headlight trim in a box. It still has the factory undercoating. The data sticker on the car shows a DSO of Memphis, TN, and it has been in TN/North MS all its life. It has a glass rear window, and all the glass on the car is in excellent shape with no cracks in the windshield. This is a clean, unmolested car that is an easy restoration. It runs like a champ, fires right up every time with no hesitation, does not leak or smoke, it doesn't burn oil, and it runs cool even in this ridiculously hot July weather. If it doesn't sell, I will finish the interior and repaint the car back to the original color. This car is priced substantially below the NADA book value. You can look it up at www.nada.com
